Training built on physiology, not assumptions.
Stronger Stride Coaching is online running and strength coaching from an exercise physiologist, a program grounded in evidence, and a coach who actually knows your training week.
Coaching has a science side and an art side. You need both.
A program is only half the job. The other half is understanding how you're actually responding to training, and adjusting before a plan turns into an injury or a burnout.
The science
The foundation of every program is built on exercise physiology principles - periodisation, load management and strength training that genuinely supports your running.
The relationship
Regular communication allows me to understand how you're feeling, what else is going on outside of your training and how we need to adapt the program to suit your needs. I want to understand how you respond to certain workouts, what your motivation is and how we can best work together to reach your goals.
